Affiliate, Influencer & Creator OS
For Truly Free Home. Role: Affiliate, Influencer & Creator Manager. Built in 1 day.
What it is
Built from a live posting. The charter word in the job description is whitelisting, so the tool is organized around turning organic creator content into paid media, with tiering, FTC compliance and a program P&L that reports the numbers the posting says the role is measured on.
The nav is the argument
Grouped by the job someone is doing, in the order the work happens. A newcomer reads the group names and knows where to go.

The modules with no generic equivalent
These would make no sense at a company in a neighboring industry. They are why it is a different tool and not a reskin.
Whitelisting Desk
Every creator's Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads permissions, ad-account access and expiry in one queue, with the organic posts the paid team has flagged to scale. The posting calls this the charter; most creator tools do not have the screen at all.
Tiers & incentives
A tier ladder with commission structure, promotion and demotion rules and renewal dates per partner. Top-tier retention is one of the three success measures in the posting, so it is a module, not a column.
Disclosure & policy gates
FTC disclosure, platform whitelisting terms, usage-rights expiry and exclusivity conflicts as pass, fail or not-run checks per creator and per post. A check nobody ran is never shown as a pass.
Program P&L
CAC, ROAS, EMV, conversion and downstream retention per creator and per tier, with unverified figures rendered as 'needs verification' rather than invented.
Decisions worth defending
Each takes a position and says what the alternative costs.
Whitelisting is a pipeline, not a checkbox
Permission has a requested date, a granted date, an expiry and an owner. Treating it as a yes/no field is how a paid team finds out an ad set stopped serving because a creator's access lapsed.
Tier is computed, not assigned
Tier comes from trailing 90-day attributed revenue and content delivered on time. A manager can override with a reason, and the override shows. Hand-assigned tiers drift toward whoever is easiest to talk to.
Usage rights expire on the calendar, not in memory
Every agreement's usage window is a date the tool watches. Thirty days before expiry the creator shows up in the renewal queue. Paid media on expired rights is the most common expensive mistake in this role.
